The force behind Omsai fabrications & Training centre is two veterans from hard core technical and marketing field MR. M. MOHAN RAO, a hand on experienced welding expert and MR. C. SIVA PRAHASAM marketing professional, both with over 15 years of experience in Singapore.
To add on MR. M. MOHAN RAO has stepped in to Singapore in the year 1992 as a welder. He has started his career as a welder and has completed N.T.C –I in Mecatronic’s, N.T.C II & III in Welding in Singapore. He has served the Welding Industry for over 12 years in various positions for various companies in Singapore. He has worked for “ SEK ENGINEERING” IN JURONG ISLAND for more than 8 Years and has worked in many project works in different countries like Indonesia, Thailand & Bangladesh as Welding Foreman and Project Head. After that he had joined Keppel Fells and has worked for “BP Projects” in many Foreign Countries. After the Completion in Singapore He Started “Omsai Fabrications &Training Centre During the Year 2004.
He has a very good Knowledge in field of “Welding”, “Fitting “& Fabrication Works. He is Expert in Field of Welding Works and has a good Knowledge in the following Types of welding.

Stainless Steel - 304, 308L, 316L.
Aluminum - 309, 309L & Mol.
Duplex, Super Duplex, Copper, Copper Nickel, Inconel

He is now looking after the workers and training them in all the above aspects along with a team of other qualified welding instructors and fitters instructors who also have a hand full over seas experience.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Omsai fabrications and training centre is built over one acre of land in Kakkalur, Tiruvallur. The training centre admeasuring 35,000 Sqft is housed in a plot of 45,000Sqft with proper ventilation and natural light. The centre has well laid out with classrooms, one big Conference room for the clients and 3 interview rooms for the interview purpose.
At a given time 36 Welders and 20 Fitters can be examined for practical sessions. The training program is a residential one and all the inmates are accommodated in the hostel situated inside the premises itself. We have an inbuilt canteen for the supply of meals for the workers and candidates training.

The centre has a ray of ergonomically designed welding booths with all controls with in easy access of the welder to maintain the highest quality standards the specially designed welding machines with ten remote control units give uniform current output to ensure the welding quality. The centre has well qualified and rich experienced trainers in each field.
The training program consists of theoretical class and practical sessions. Special emphasis is given to ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY aspects and trainees are taught the importance of this. Tool Box meeting is conducted every day by our Director.
Fire fighting, Safety training are also given to the trainees by the part time lecturers once in the month to update on this safety aspects.
